What You Will Do:

Your primarily focus is to sell Bick Group service maintenance, installation services and cleaning services with a heavy emphasis on obtaining new clients and adding to our existing customer base. 

Responsibilities Include:


  • Independently prospect, develop and nurture relationships with customers and industry entities
  • Gather and utilize business intelligence to support sales calls and product presentations
  • Present sales proposals to customers
  • Negotiate and close new sales agreements to meet sales goals and increase customer base
  • Actively follow up on sales leads

Customer Service

  • Create customer goodwill and foster referrals
  • Answer customer questions about products, services, pricing, contracts, etc.
  • Proactively respond to customer inquiries within 24-hour period
  • Follow up with customer after work service is performed to ensure expectations are met

Project Management/Estimating

  • Supply project managers/estimator with detailed information to ensure competitive pricing and quotes to customers
  • Review quotes with estimator and obtain internal bid approvals prior to distributing to customer
  • Submit contracts to project managers/service department for scheduling

Who You Are:

You are a self-driven, results oriented sales professional, highly skilled in selling products and services in an industry where the customer comes first.  You possess the ability to create new relationships and foster existing relationships naturally.  You are able to easily identify and assess customer needs to offer realistic, honest solutions.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing
  • Proven track record of increasing sales volume year over year
  • Strong base knowledge of project management and/or estimating
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
