Bick Group has full-time technician position available for immediate fill.  In this role, you will perform heating and cooling maintenance, diagnostic and repair work for our commercial clients.  Other key areas of responsibility include:

  • Ensuring client data centers are operational 24/7 by performing routine maintenance on data center equipment such as HVAC, UPS, CRAC units, chillers, control panels
  • Diagnosing causes of electrical and/or mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment
  • Submitting paperwork on a timely basis to the service desk so that accounts can be updated and billed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Reading, understanding, interpreting basic wiring diagrams, drawings, blueprints
  • Responding to emergency service calls as required
  • Communicating with clients/customers, informing them of equipment conditions and status of repairs
  • Partnering with account managers to further build and develop the client relationship
  • Maintaining and operating company service vehicle

 Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma
  • Certificate from trade school in electrical area of study
  • 2 - 3 years of field experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Preferred Qualifications include: Louis City/County Journeyman License
