Bick Group is looking to enhance our team by adding a newly created role of Technical Coordinator.  This role will support the Sales and Operations side of our business and is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn both sides of the business.

What You Will Do:

You will primarily focus on growing your entry level sales and project management skills under the direction of a senior level sales representative.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Work with experienced sales reps to understand the business and client needs
  • Build strong partnerships and relationships with clients, contractors and vendors
  • Attend sales meetings/presentations with senior sales staff
  • Research and obtain pricing from vendors and subcontractors for RFPs
  • Create sales proposals from templates
  • Follow up with clients on quotes and RFPs
  • Complete new booking paperwork
  • Hand off won jobs to Service Department and Project Managers
  • Meet with Project Managers to obtain job status reports
  • Engage with client during and after the project to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to set priorities effectively
