Bick Group is seeking a high-energy, goal-driven individual to join our Executive team as a senior leader who will be responsible for managing the annual income and operating budget and ensuring corporate goals are indentified, achieved and exceeded.  

Key Responsible Areas Include:

  • Responsible for all divisions and departments of Bick Group (Service, Install, Controls, Fire, Floor)
  • Develops goals for each division which are tied to the long-tern goals of the organization
  • Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives
  • Analyzes market and financial trends and makes recommendations to capitalize on the trends
  • Confers with the chief administrative officer to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions
  • Develops, reviews, updates and implements business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance and new product/service development
  • Determines appropriate staffing levels needed
  • Provides company status reports to CEO/CFO and employees on a routine basis
  • Enforces policies and procedures of the organization that improve the overall operations and effectiveness of the organization
  • Holds individuals accountable for performance
  • Provides advice, feedback and knowledge to division management

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Ten or more years' experience in executive level position
